                                                                             SUPERVISION
MEANING
Super means over whereas vision means to watch.


DEFINITION
According to Webster Collegiate Dictionary, “supervision is one who watches over the work of another with responsibility for its quality”.

Supervision is the technique or improving instructions.

Supervisor is an expert, technical survey primarily concerned with studying an improving condition that surround learning and pupil grow.
                Supervision is comparatively new word in administration of education. Supervision is democrating and helpful procedure whereby education may be made effectively.
Inspection on the other hand denotes watchfulness and fault findings. Inspection always finds a negative approach for the things to be inspected.

MEANING
The word organization has two meanings in one sense. It is used as an association like boys scout organization, YMCA (Young Men Christian Association)
Other meaning of Organization is “Setting up of things”. It is the process which arranges all the elements of a particular project into a systematic way so that the whole setting work as an unit.
 
DEFINITION

According to J.B.Sears, “It is a machine for doing work. It may be composed primarily of persons, materials, ideas, views, rules and regulations or more often a combination of those. The machine may work automatically or its operation may be subject to human judgments and will”.

1)    It is the skillfull handling of the class by the coach so that the desired goal are achieved.
2)    It helps the coach to proceed his class in a systematic manner without wasting his energy and time.
3)    If the management is proper students will also get inspirited and motivated.

PRINCIPLES OF CLASS MANAGEMENT

1)    The equipments /things should be arrange in time and in order.
2)    There should be proper marking of the field of play.
3)    Coach should have mastery over the subject or the activity.
4)    Place for different acitivity should be arranged before hand.
5)    The level of the performance of the group should be kept in mind.
6)    Proceed from simple to complex.
7)    Teacher should take care of the safety measures.
8)    There should be variety in the activity.
9)    Proper procedure should be adopted for grading.
