Semford became Champions in Late SP Ghosh Memorial Inter School Football Tourney 2016

Allahabad, 10th May 2016: In the final match of Late SP Ghosh Memorial Inter School Football Tournament 2016 organised by Semford Football Academy, Jhunsi, Allahabad held on 8th May (Sunday) Semford School beat Vishnu Bhagwaan Public School, Jhalwa, Allahabad by 1-0. 
For the winners Akhilesh Chandra scored a goal in the first half (12th min).
Mr. Maqbool Ahmed, Secretary, District Football Association, Alld. introduced with the players. Hon’ble Chief Guest of the final, Mr. Abhinn Shyam Gupta, Olympian & Arjuna Award Winner, Special guest Jayanta Kumar Ghosh son of Late SP Ghosh gave the prizes to the winners.

On the occasion of the finals Semford Football Academy HONOURED some former National Level Players presently serving as Coaches/ Sports Administrators of the city are:

Eminent persons Semford Football Academy Director Navin Singh, Jayant Kumar Ghosh, Meera Ghosh, Football Coach Prem Bhutani,  Indranil Ghosh, Samjana Sharma, Sharda Prasad were present at the occasion. Organizing Secretary of the tournament Indranil Ghosh presided over the function whereas Vandana Yadav proposed vote of thanks.
